Our support coordinators in your areas are happy to unpack the supports in your NDIS plan to reach your life goals. Through our coordination of supports you will be given choice to select your prefered disability support provider
The participants and their families in Woodford, Kilcoy & Caboolture towns who have multiple or complex support needs are provided with close support to understand and implement their NDIS Plan and access services from various disability service providers in your area.
Our staff work with you to ensure that;
